Anchor Co‑Living is seeking a remote Property Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple co‑living homes, coordinating move‑ins, lease renewals, and vendor coordination. You’ll keep residents informed and ensure a smooth rental experience with professionalism and care.

You’ll communicate clearly with tenants, case managers, and our internal team, manage competing priorities, and stay exceptionally organized in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Strong experience with residential leasing and tenant relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Respond to tenant questions promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance vendors and contractors.
• Track occupancy and manage common areas.
• Prepare occupancy and operational reports.
• Ensure rent collections and lease documentation accuracy.
