About the Company
Our client is a Miami-based property management company operating 300+ short-term rental units across major OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia). They manage the full guest lifecycle using Guesty as their core PMS and invest heavily in AI-powered tools to raise the bar on both guest experience and team efficiency.
The team is 40+ people who value trust, service, excellence, teamwork, and resourcefulness — in practice, not as slogans. The Sales Coordinator is the commercial voice of the company: the person who turns demand into revenue and every inquiry into an exceptional first impression.
How They Work
- AI-first: Claude and AI tools are used across the team; everyone trains on AI weekly
- EOS framework: Quarterly Rocks, weekly L10 meetings, clear accountability at every level
- Structured but fast: Notion is the system of record; processes are defined, execution is rapid
What You’ll Do
- Own every qualified inquiry from first contact to confirmed booking, ensuring no lead is abandoned or left without a follow-up
- Conduct consultative phone, email, and website sales — recommending the right property, handling objections, and closing with confidence
- Maximize booking value by offering strategic upsells, upgrades, early check-in and late checkout packages, and experience add-ons before confirmation
- Maintain a clean and actionable HubSpot pipeline: lead scoring, lifecycle stages, deal hygiene, and pipeline reporting
- Review and train the AI knowledge base, identify automation opportunities, and continuously improve response quality and speed
- Build B2B revenue streams through corporate partnerships, relocation accounts, travel agency relationships, and local business outreach
- Manage VIP and high-value inquiries, pricing negotiations, and complex commercial escalations with a revenue-first mindset
- Analyze lost leads, track buying objections, and share commercial insights with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience to sharpen the go-to-market approach
