• Familiarity with medical terminology and billing processes.
• Experience with U.S.-based healthcare providers is desirable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Request and retrieve medical records and billing statements from U.S. providers.
• Follow up regularly to obtain outstanding records.
• Communicate status to clients and providers professionally.
