Job summary

Responsibilities

• Request, receive, and organize medical records from providers and facilities.
• Review records for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain and update records in internal systems.
• Track outstanding requests and follow up as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation and file organization.
• Assist with summarizing or indexing medical records when required.
• Communicate with providers and internal team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data privacy standards.
