TalentoHC is seeking a highly motivated, fully bilingual Senior Intake Specialist to support a U.S.-based personal injury law firm. You will assess potential cases, build trust with prospective clients, and convert qualified leads into retained clients.

This is an inbound role with no cold calling and requires exceptional communication. As a Senior Intake Specialist, you will handle inbound inquiries, document client details in CRM, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in legal intake, paralegal work, auto insurance, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional English proficiency (C1/C2) and fluent Spanish are required.
• Strong sales, persuasion, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to convert inbound leads into clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from prospective personal injury clients
• Evaluate potential cases and determine eligibility for legal representation
• Build rapport, address concerns, and guide qualified prospects through the client intake and retention process
• Drive high conversion rates, targeting approximately 95% of qualified leads
• Accurately document client information and case details in CRM and case management systems
• Coordinate with internal legal teams and partner firms to ensure smooth client onboarding.
