Job summary

HireBooth is seeking a detail-oriented Catalog Manager to curate listings across Amazon, Walmart, and Target Plus, while ensuring accuracy and health of the catalog. You will manage bulk uploads, QA content, and coordinate with creative teams.

You will track inventory, monitor FBA costs, and handle promotions, reports, and escalations. Strong English communication and multi-brand organization are essential; remote role with overlap to US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience or equivalent e-commerce training.
• Practical experience executing and troubleshooting bulk flat file uploads.
• Working proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, large exports).
• Detail-oriented with a strict habit of accuracy to prevent catalog and pricing errors.
• Excellent written English for client interactions and proactive issue escalation.
• Proven, systematic ability to manage multiple obligations across several brands.
• Remote proficiency with overlap to US Eastern business hours and comfort using AI tools for speed.

Responsibilities

• Catalog Management across Amazon, Walmart, and Target Plus using manual and bulk flat files.
• Quality Assurance of listing content and A+ modules prior to publishing.
• Inventory tracking and inbound shipments; monitor FBA/Vendor Central metrics.
• Monitor Account Health Dashboard, manage plans of action and IP claims.
• Extract platform data and produce weekly/monthly reports for QBRs.
• Execute promotions and analyze post-promotion revenue and margins.
• File and track reimbursement claims and disputes to recover revenue.
• Attend client calls, document actions, and keep SOPs updated.
