Job summary

AmpliSell is seeking a highly organized Brand Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of multiple client accounts, ensuring day-to-day tasks are executed accurately, on time, and nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll coordinate across Content Upload, Advertising, Design, and Leadership to keep work visible and on track.

You’ll manage Listings and Account Health in Amazon Seller Central, oversee inventory plans, support case handling, and drive project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central including listings, account health, inventory planning, and support cases.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English (CEFR C1).
• Proactive mindset: move work forward without prompting.

Responsibilities

• Create product listings in Seller Central with accuracy and quality.
• Maintain live listings and monitor account health and policy compliance.
• Analyze inventory performance, plan inbound shipments, and manage replenishment.
• Coordinate content optimizations and run listing A/B tests.
• Open, track, and follow up on Seller Support cases.
• Log and track all action items in project management software and monitor progress.
• Communicate status updates and deliverables to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Content Upload, Advertising, Design, and Leadership to ensure smooth execution.
