Job summary

HireBooth is seeking a detail-oriented Catalog Manager to curate listings across Amazon, Walmart, and Target Plus, while ensuring accuracy and health of the catalog. You will manage bulk uploads, QA content, and coordinate with creative teams.

You will track inventory, monitor FBA costs, and handle promotions, reports, and escalations. Strong English communication and multi-brand organization are essential; remote role with overlap to US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

Catalog Management: Create and update listings across Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central), Walmart, and Target Plus using manual and bulk flat-file operations. Resolve listing suppressions, monitor for hijackers, and maintain a real-time catalog health tracker.

Content QA: Rigorously QA all listing content and A+ modules prior to publishing. Coordinate assets with creative teams, track deadlines, and enforce the strict "content before spend" rule to block ads on unoptimized listings.

Inventory & Operations: Track FBA and WFS inventory daily, recommend restocks, and create inbound shipments. Audit FBA fees, resolve stranded inventory, and monitor Vendor Central PO fill rates.

Account Health & Compliance: Monitor the Account Health Dashboard daily for violations and metrics (ODR, late shipments). Manage support cases, draft Plans of Action, execute Brand Registry IP claims, and immediately elevate suspension risks.

Reporting & Data Management: Extract platform data (Search Query Performance, Helium 10) to compile weekly and monthly reports for QBRs. Flag KPI anomalies early, maintain a shared data repository, and strictly verify data accuracy.

Promotions Execution: Submit and track Lightning Deals, coupons, Prime Exclusive Discounts, and Subscribe & Save. Manage Vine enrollments and analyze post-promotion revenue and margin impact.

Revenue Recovery: File and relentlessly track FBA reimbursement claims and Vendor Central shortage/chargeback disputes to recover lost client revenue.

Client & Team Support: Attend client calls to document and distribute action items. Manage daily Basecamp updates, maintain operational SOPs, and proactively surface blockers and critical updates to the Manager.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Amazon Experience: 4 years of hands-on Seller Central experience or equivalent structured e-commerce training.

Flat File Mastery: Practical experience executing and troubleshooting bulk flat file uploads.

Data Skills: Working proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, large exports).

Extreme Accuracy: Detail-oriented with a strict habit of accuracy to prevent costly catalog and pricing errors.

Communication: Excellent written English for client interactions and a proactive approach to escalating issues.
