Job summary

Booth and Partners seeks a detail-oriented e-commerce specialist to manage catalogs across Amazon, Walmart, and Target Plus, ensuring accuracy and health of listings. You will QA content, coordinate with creative teams, and monitor inventory and promotions to maximize performance.

The role requires 4 years of Seller Central experience, strong data skills in Excel/Sheets, and excellent English communication. Remote work with US Eastern overlap is expected.

• Excellent written English for client interactions and proactive issue escalation.

Responsibilities

• Create and update listings across Amazon, Walmart, and Target Plus; manage suppressions and health tracker.
• Rigorously QA all listing content and A+ modules before publishing; coordinate assets and deadlines.
• Track FBA and WFS inventory; audit fees, resolve stranded inventory, manage inbound shipments.
• Monitor Account Health Dashboard; draft Plans of Action and manage IP claims; elevate suspension risks.
• Extract platform data to compile weekly/monthly reports; flag KPI anomalies and maintain data repository.
• Submit and track promotions (Lightning Deals, coupons, Prime discounts) and analyze post-promo impact.
• File and track FBA reimbursements and disputes; recover lost client revenue.
• Attend client calls; document action items and manage daily updates; surface blockers to Manager.

Catalog Management: Create and update listings across Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central), Walmart, and Target Plus using manual and bulk flat-file operations. Resolve listing suppressions, monitor for hijackers, and maintain a real-time catalog health tracker.

Content QA: Rigorously QA all listing content and A+ modules prior to publishing. Coordinate assets with creative teams, track deadlines, and enforce the strict "content before spend" rule to block ads on unoptimized listings.

Inventory & Operations: Track FBA and WFS inventory daily, recommend restocks, and create inbound shipments. Audit FBA fees, resolve stranded inventory, and monitor Vendor Central PO fill rates.

Account Health & Compliance: Monitor the Account Health Dashboard daily for violations and metrics (ODR, late shipments). Manage support cases, draft Plans of Action, execute Brand Registry IP claims, and immediately elevate suspension risks.

Reporting & Data Management: Extract platform data (Search Query Performance, Helium 10) to compile weekly and monthly reports for QBRs. Flag KPI anomalies early, maintain a shared data repository, and strictly verify data accuracy.

Promotions Execution: Submit and track Lightning Deals, coupons, Prime Exclusive Discounts, and Subscribe & Save. Manage Vine enrollments and analyze post-promotion revenue and margin impact.

Revenue Recovery: File and relentlessly track FBA reimbursement claims and Vendor Central shortage/chargeback disputes to recover lost client revenue.

Client & Team Support: Attend client calls to document and distribute action items. Manage daily Basecamp updates, maintain operational SOPs, and proactively surface blockers and critical updates to the Manager.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Amazon Experience: 4 years of hands-on Seller Central experience or equivalent structured e-commerce training.
