TopFoxx is seeking a Marketing Recruiter & Business Support to build a world-class marketing team for our remote operation. You will own recruiting for marketing and creative roles, partnering with leadership to define requirements and hire high-impact talent.

Your role blends recruiting excellence with light HR and project support across marketing initiatives, ensuring strong candidate experiences and data-driven processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting digital marketing, creative, e-commerce, or startup roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through.
• Growth mindset and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand each position before recruiting.
• Post jobs across multiple recruiting platforms and source passive candidates.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Review resumes, portfolios, and applications; conduct structured interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership; perform reference checks when appropriate.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process and present data-driven hiring recommendations.
