Job Duck, LLC is seeking a Campaign & Growth Manager to drive qualified leads and accelerate growth through data-driven marketing across channels. You will translate growth goals into actionable campaigns and work with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

The role emphasizes performance marketing, lead generation, and optimization. Remote work from Colombia is supported for a US-based employer, with EST working hours and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing campaign landing pages and conversion paths, messaging, testing, optimization, and user experience.
• Developing comprehensive campaign briefs with clear direction for execution teams.
• Defining campaign channel strategies and how each channel supports objectives.
• Tracking and evaluating leads and marketing-generated leads from events and measuring performance against investment.
• Owning marketing strategy for events and tradeshows, including planning, promotion, lead generation activities, and post-event follow-up.
• Developing and testing new lead generation opportunities, referral programs, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
• Conducting post-campaign analysis and documenting performance results, learnings, recommendations, and successful strategies.
• Using campaign performance data and testing results to guide investment decisions and resource allocation.
• Identifying underperforming campaigns, channels, audiences, offers, and funnel stages and implementing optimizations.
• Monitoring campaign performance throughout execution and evaluating results against objectives.
• Overseeing paid media strategy and coordinating with advertising specialists on audience targeting, budgets, messaging, and performance expectations.
• Developing campaign email strategies and coordinating execution of promotions and follow-up communications.
• Establishing lead generation, MQL, conversion, cost, and performance targets before campaign launch.
• Directing marketing specialists across paid media, email, social media, creative, video, website, and other channels.
• Translating growth goals into actionable campaign strategies with defined audiences, messaging, offers, channels, budgets, timelines, and targets.
• Owning and maintaining the master campaign calendar and ensuring campaigns are prioritized and timed appropriately.
• Developing and leading lead generation and growth campaigns across company brands based on business objectives.
• Continuously identifying opportunities to improve lead quality, volume, conversion, and acquisition costs.
