• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Ability to maintain a warm, proactive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle from intake with leadership to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across LATAM and beyond.
• Maintain a seamless, Blacksmith-standard candidate experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move fast.
• Keep a data-driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers informed.
