Job summary

Formulated Automation is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join a growing marketing team. This remote, full-time role focuses on building scalable systems, managing campaigns across email, SMS, websites, YouTube, and social media, and integrating marketing platforms as the company expands to new locations.

You will work with the Head of Growth to ensure timely launches, connected systems, and continuous ops improvement, while identifying automations to reduce repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on marketing operations experience supporting U.S.-based companies, especially email, SMS, and website management.
• Experience building, launching, and managing email campaigns and automations (ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp).
• Experience executing SMS marketing campaigns using SimpleTexting, Attentive, Postscript, or similar.
• Experience setting up, migrating, or integrating marketing systems for new locations/brands (CRM, email, tracking, listings).
• Branded social media management experience, including short-form content and scheduling.
• Experience updating WordPress websites; basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and productivity.
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Systems & Integrations: lead setup for new clinic locations, CRM and email platforms, SMS, tracking tools, listings, and website updates.
• Email & SMS Marketing: build 6–12 campaigns per week using platforms such as ActiveCampaign, SimpleTexting, and CounselEar; manage lists, tags, automations, and opt-out preferences.
• YouTube Operations: support video publishing, titles, descriptions, chapters, editor coordination, and channel metrics.
• Social Media Management: manage calendars for multiple brands, repurpose content, schedule posts, respond to comments, monitor engagement.
• Website Management: update WordPress content, maintain landing pages and booking links, coordinate with developers on bigger changes.
• Marketing Automation & AI: use ChatGPT, Zapier, and automation tools to streamline tasks.
• Creative & Direct Mail: create marketing materials in Canva; coordinate direct-mail campaigns via Click2Mail.
• Webinars & Virtual Events: assist with campaigns, registrations, and speaker coordination.
• Reporting & Process Improvement: track performance, document SOPs, and find ways to improve processes.
