Job summary

Treble Health, LLC is seeking a remote Marketing Operations professional to optimize websites, funnels, and campaigns across six brands. You will automate repetitive tasks and implement AI workflows to scale marketing across clinics acquired by the company.

You will partner with the Head of Growth and lifecycle marketing manager, coordinating across WordPress/Webflow, email, SMS, and analytics to improve conversion and ROI in a fully remote Latin America-based role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on marketing operations for a US company.
• Built campaigns and automations in ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Mailchimp.
• Comfortable editing WordPress or Webflow with basic HTML/CSS.
• Uses AI tools daily and can show examples of automations.
• Experience near lifecycle marketing and paid media with measurable metrics.

Responsibilities

• Update and improve websites and landing pages in WordPress (Elementor) and Webflow, keeping forms and tracking working.
• Identify leaks in patient funnels and prove improvements with data.
• Leverage Claude, Zapier and similar tools for builds, QA, and reporting; automate repetitive tasks.
• Set up email, SMS and booking for new clinic integrations; document processes for speedier future deployments.
• Build and manage campaigns in ActiveCampaign, SimpleTexting and GoHighLevel with proper QA and segmentation.
• Track key metrics and share weekly performance insights.
