Job summary

Formulated Automation is seeking a Head of Growth & Performance Marketing to own customer acquisition and marketing performance across channels. You will lead growth initiatives, manage budgets, and build a high-performing growth team while collaborating with Product, Data, Risk, and Ops.

This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role with full ownership of ROI and outcomes. The position is 100% remote with candidates residing in South America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth, performance marketing, or customer acquisition experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing growth teams.
• Proven experience managing monthly marketing budgets of at least $50,000.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta, paid social, paid search, and conversion optimization.
• Deep understanding of attribution modeling and funnel analytics.
• Advanced analytical skills translating data into strategic decisions.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Residence in South America.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel growth strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
• Own performance across paid search, social, display, affiliate, influencer, and partnership channels.
• Identify and test new acquisition opportunities to drive scalable growth.
• Build and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
