Obsidiam is hiring a Lead Software Architect to shape the technical foundation of a regulated payments platform for Latin America. The architect will design a secure system architecture, decide on build-versus-buy strategies, and lead the engineering team.

This role requires senior experience in software architecture, strong expertise in AI and payments, and a commitment to spend time on-site in San José, Costa Rica, initially.

Formación

• Senior/principal-level experience as a software architect or staff+ engineer.
• Hands-on expertise in AI and machine learning.
• Strong background in payments and fintech.

Responsabilidades

• Translate product vision into a technical blueprint.
• Design the system architecture for the payments platform.
• Define necessary team headcount and specialties.
• Build development roadmap and milestones.
