Cobre is building enterprise payments infrastructure in Latin America and seeks an engineer to turn client support into a safe, scalable agentic system. You’ll own the end-to-end agentic layer across email, chat, WhatsApp and Slack, routing and escalating as needed while ensuring data-isolation and security.

Formación

• 5+ years building and operating production backend services.
• Proficiency in Go or willingness to work in Go; Python also used.
• Experience with asynchronous, event-driven processing and idempotency.
• Cloud-native AWS development with Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SQS/SNS.
• Strong architectural judgment and hexagonal architecture experience.
• Experience with multi-tenant data isolation and data security.

Responsabilidades

• Own the agentic support layer end-to-end from email automation to multichannel routing.
• Build deterministic scaffolding: event pipelines, retries, idempotency, audit trails.
• Ensure client data isolation across channels and tenants.
• Integrate with real sources of truth: API, sandbox, Snowflake, Salesforce.
• Design escalation paths with context for CS/integrations handoffs.
• Instrument systems with correlation IDs, dashboards, and alerts.
• Work within AI tooling: MCP servers, agent frameworks, and model pipelines.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Integrations to align on outcomes.
