Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end solutions for complex payment systems and pricing engines
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to gather requirements and define the technical roadmap
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Ensure architecture aligns with industry standards, security, and compliance best practices
• Guide the selection of technologies, frameworks, and tools to support engineering goals
• Support and mentor engineering teams, promoting clean architecture and coding practices

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architecture role
• Expertise in payments systems, transaction processing, or financial technology platforms
• Proven experience designing pricing engines or complex rule-based systems
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (preferably AWS), microservices architecture, and API design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
