Slalom Build is seeking a Senior Architect to lead complex software initiatives in Colombia. You will guide multi-team delivery, shape architecture strategy, and mentor engineers while collaborating with clients to ensure scalable, high-quality outcomes.

Hybrid work model is required, with at least one day in the office. COPNIA licensing is mandatory for engineering activities in Colombia; you will ensure compliance and governance across engagements.

Formación

• You have depth and breadth of software delivery experience guiding teams through complex systems.
• You articulate holistic delivery across the delivery tool chain (ALM, GenAI, CI/CD, IDE).
• You understand client business and technology needs to formulate pursuit plans.

Responsabilidades

• Co-lead discovery and delivery phases for complex projects as the solution lead.
• Develop and execute implementation plans aligned with features and client value.
• Provide guidance for engineers across multiple workstreams on large programs.
• Lead and grow emerging software engineering leaders.
