We seek a leader with 8+ years in software engineering or systems design and strong cross-functional collaboration. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and competitive USD compensation.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or systems design.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end solutions across multiple stacks.
• Advanced proficiency in software architecture patterns and integration design.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and govern end-to-end technical solutions spanning multiple units and ecosystems.
• Define and implement robust architectural patterns and integration strategies.
• Provide strategic technical leadership to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders on long-term technology roadmaps.
• Analyze and resolve intricate technical challenges with fluency across software stacks.
• Standardize architectural practices to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
