INGEPSY is seeking a Candidate Interview Specialist to conduct interviews with candidates and gather information to support hiring decisions. The role is part-time (20–30 hours per week) and remote, based in Latin America with afternoons aligned to Pacific Time.

You will conduct structured interviews, take notes, and provide feedback while maintaining a positive candidate experience. This is a flexible, part-time role with potential growth into a full-time position.

Formación

• Excellent spoken English for professional settings.

• Organized and reliable time management with accurate note-taking.
• Curious and analytical to identify what’s important from answers.
• Proactive in adapting during interviews to obtain needed information.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates’ skills and goals.
• Use provided forms to take clear, accurate notes during interviews.
• Ask follow-up questions to clarify responses and dig deeper when needed.
• Create a positive candidate experience, making them feel heard and valued.
• Analyze responses to identify key information and areas for discussion.
• Share detailed feedback and interview notes with the team for hiring decisions.
• Suggest improvements to interview questions or processes based on observations.
