Assetara Limited is seeking a Remote HR Recruiter & Video Interview Specialist to support Medellín Zone 2 operations. You will source candidates, manage applications, and book interviews across time zones while representing the company on camera.

Responsibilities include scheduling, conducting 2–3 video interviews daily, recording interviews for leadership, and delivering structured daily reports on candidate pipelines to senior management.

Formación

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction and professional presentation.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles.
• Home office setup with HD webcam, clear microphone, and stable internet connection.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates and post jobs across channels.
• Review resumes provided by the company.
• Schedule interviews across time zones via Email and WhatsApp.
• Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day and record every interview for leadership.
• Maintain daily candidate logs and pipelines with reports.
