Devsu is seeking an experienced bilingual Technical Recruiter to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America. You will attract and engage IT candidates, manage full-cycle recruitment, and present qualified candidates to clients.

Interviews will be conducted in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, a degree in HR or Psychology, and a solid understanding of software terms.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience recruiting candidates for IT positions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to hold interviews in both languages.

Responsabilidades

• Attract and engage IT candidates to apply for open roles.
• Select, prepare and send qualified IT candidates to clients.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Hold interviews in Spanish and English.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs to improve processes.
• Implement strategies for employer branding.
