INGEPSY is seeking a Candidate Interview Specialist to conduct structured interviews with candidates, take clear notes, and support the hiring process. This part-time role (20–30 hours per week) is remote for Latin America, with afternoon Pacific Time alignment.

You will create a positive candidate experience, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, and share feedback with the team. Strong English, social skills, and reliability are essential, with potential to grow into a full-time role.

Formación

• Excellent spoken English required for professional settings.
• Strong social skills to connect with candidates and put them at ease.
• Organized and reliable to manage schedules and document notes accurately.
• Curious and analytical to identify meaningful information from responses.
• Proactive approach to adapt during interviews and gather needed information.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates’ skills and goals.
• Use templates to take clear, accurate notes during interviews.
• Ask follow-up questions to clarify responses or dig deeper.
• Create a positive candidate experience, ensuring they feel heard and respected.
• Analyze responses to identify key information and areas for further discussion.
• Share detailed feedback and interview notes with the team.
