INGEPSY is seeking a Candidate Interview Specialist to conduct structured interviews with candidates, take clear notes, and collect information to support hiring decisions. You’ll work part-time (20–30 hours/week) from Latin America, with afternoons aligned to Pacific Time, ensuring a positive candidate experience and actionable feedback for the team.

Formación

• Must speak English fluently and clearly in professional settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Organized and reliable, able to manage time and document notes accurately.
• Curious and analytical, able to identify key information from interviews.
• Proactive in adapting during interviews and gathering needed information.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience and goals.
• Take clear, accurate notes using provided forms or templates.
• Ask follow-up questions to clarify responses and dig deeper as needed.
• Create a positive candidate experience and ensure they feel heard and respected.
• Share feedback and interview notes with the team to support hiring decisions.
• Suggest ways to improve interview questions or processes.
