Formación

• Excellent spoken English required for professional settings.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct structured interviews to understand candidates’ skills and goals.
• Take clear, accurate notes using provided forms or templates.
• Ask follow-up questions to clarify responses or dig deeper.
• Create a positive candidate experience where they feel heard.
• Analyze responses to identify key information for hiring decisions.
• Share feedback and interview notes with the team.
• Suggest improvements to interview questions or processes.
