Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Account Management / Client Success / Business Development.
• Preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or digital marketing with US clients.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct strategic reviews to ensure eCommerce growth objectives.

Conocimientos

Strong communication & relationship-building skills

Knowledge of the eCommerce ecosystem
