Advancio is seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Development & Special Projects Coordinator to support leadership and revenue teams. This remote role offers exposure to sales, project coordination, and executive operations within a growing organization.

You will conduct outbound prospecting, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM data while collaborating with internal teams on special initiatives. LATAM residency and strong English skills are required.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, business development, marketing, or a related customer-facing role.
• Must reside in LATAM.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable conducting outreach activities and communicating with prospects.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to improve productivity and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels.
• Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
• Schedule introductory meetings with prospective clients.
• Maintain and update prospect and client information in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client materials.
• Support market research and competitor analysis initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, and project-related activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support special projects and business initiatives.
