Job summary

Touch Support, Inc. & SNF Back Office offers a fully remote Junior IT Support Specialist position open to applicants from Colombia. You will join one of our teams and, through online training, learn to assist US-based clients with Linux/Windows issues, billing questions, and onboarding.

You should enjoy helping people, communicate clearly in English, and be eager to develop skills in system administration. Shifts follow your local time and are planned quarterly for stability.

Qualifications

Excellent communication in English; US-based clients.
High school degree.
Interest in Linux/Windows admin or troubleshooting in virtual Windows workstations.
Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to shifts.
Ability to work from home in Colombia and follow a stable, quarterly-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer questions via chat, email, and phone.
Assist onboarding, educate, and support customers.
Help customers with technical and billing questions.
Advocate for customers by reporting issues and sharing feedback.
Strive to increase customer satisfaction with a personal, hands-on experience.
