Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technical customer support role.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to networking.
• Self-motivated and resourceful in resolving customer issues.

Responsabilidades

• Manage users in a Windows Terminal Server environment.
• Support Fortinet Firewalls and network devices.
• Document resolutions in the call tracking system.
