Touch Support, Inc. & SNF Back Office is seeking an accounting professional to join our remote finance team. This role requires at least two years of accounting and bookkeeping experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications

• Requires at least two years of accounting and bookkeeping experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills are necessary.
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver who can meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and accounting software (QuickBooks, PointClickCare, Sage Intacct).
• Availability to work US business hours (7 AM–3 PM CDT).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Process fortnightly payroll and month-end payroll reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end financial statements and general ledger reviews.
• Handle invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and business expenses.
• Verify balances, rectify discrepancies, and manage vendor communications.
