My IT Crew is seeking a Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to diverse business clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience while expanding your knowledge.

You will diagnose issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, servers, networking, and business apps, coordinate with clients and vendors, and document steps to improve our internal knowledge. Join a collaborative team that values growth and ongoing training.

Formación

• Experience supporting Windows environments in a professional IT setting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Hyper-V.
• Experience troubleshooting networking technologies including firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and TCP/IP.
• Familiarity with Remote Desktop, remote support tools, and remote application technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Strong documentation habits and attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritize multiple requests while remaining organized under pressure.
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve issues involving Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, servers, networking, and business applications.
• Manage and prioritize incoming support requests while maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the resolution process.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and collaborate with senior engineers when additional expertise is needed.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms.
• Support network infrastructure, including firewalls, wireless networks, switches, VPNs, and VoIP solutions.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical procedures to improve internal knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors when necessary to resolve hardware, software, or connectivity issues.
• Participate in team meetings, technical training sessions, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and timely support that helps clients stay productive.
