Insight Global is seeking an Instructional Designer (eLearning Course Development) to support a large-scale digital learning initiative for a higher education client. This fully remote, Colombia-based contract role partners with SMEs and a US-based Project Manager to rapidly convert existing content into high-quality online courses.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience designing and building eLearning or online training content.
• Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Rise strongly preferred).
• Experience building and deploying courses within Canvas.
• Strong understanding of instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, backward design).
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
