Formación

• At least 5 years of experience as a research-oriented instructional designer.
• Exceptional training delivery skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and design learner-centered instructional materials and experiences.
• Deliver learning solutions through various approaches.
• Manage projects from concept to completion.

Conocimientos

Learner-centered instructional design principles and methodologies

Synchronous and asynchronous learning solutions

Strong project management skills

Presentation and facilitation skills

Technology-savvy in using digital tools

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or related field
