Generation Colombia is seeking a C&I associate to support instructors and learners as we launch new programs. This role focuses on coordinating learning operations, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality experiences across Colombia.

You will collaborate with instructors, mentors, and the program team to monitor progress, manage data, and support educator development while traveling within Colombia as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any field with a solid academic record.
• 1-3 years leading education programs; teaching online experience is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish; advanced written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Culture of Learning and Teaching in all stakeholder interactions.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of programs and address learner issues.
• Plan and design all Daily Schedules of programs in Colombia.
• Monitor learner data and ensure LMS content alignment and assessment frameworks.
• Build relationships with instructors and mentors to hit course completion targets.
