A leading global learning solutions provider is looking for an experienced instructional designer to develop engaging training materials and collaborate with experts globally. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 4–15 years of experience in instructional design, and excellent English skills. Responsibilities include creating dynamic e-learning content and applying adult learning principles, with a focus on innovative tools and techniques to enhance learner engagement. This is a remote contract position.

Formación

• 4–15 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in tech or sales-focused environments.
• Proven ability to develop scenario-based training in sales enablement, professional skills, and technical content.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools and processes in instructional design.

Responsabilidades

• Develop high-quality instructional materials, including e-learning courses and training manuals.
• Create challenging sales scenarios that reflect the complexities of tech sales.
• Design effective online trainings using various tools and techniques.
