Job summary

Langford Staffing is recruiting Inside Sales Representatives for campaigns involving high-volume consumer outreach. You will speak with company-provided consumer leads via an automatic dialer, qualify prospects, handle objections, and aim for live transfers to a sales team. Three+ years in inside/outbound sales plus dialer experience are preferred.

You will work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time hours, with strong emphasis on accuracy, professionalism, and coaching reception.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales, outbound sales, telesales, or related roles.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience working toward call, transfer, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Confident speaking with consumers throughout the day.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are impatient or upset.
• Accurate CRM and call-disposition habits.
• Open to coaching and feedback.
• Available full-time during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Deliver confident and professional introductions.
• Explain the purpose of the call in clear, simple language.
• Ask brief qualification questions.
• Handle objections from busy or skeptical consumers.
• Build trust without misleading claims.
• Create interest for qualified consumers to continue.
• Ask directly for the live transfer.
• Introduce the consumer to the receiving representative.
• Record accurate call notes, outcomes and dispositions.
• Follow campaign qualification and opt-out requirements.
• Meet established hourly and daily performance targets.
