Langford Staffing is recruiting Inside Sales Representatives for a client running high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. You will speak with company-provided consumer leads through an automatic dialer, with the goal of turning conversations into qualified live transfers.

You will not complete the final sale, but your success depends on securing the transfer. We seek candidates with 3+ years in inside/outbound sales, experience with dialers, and strong English communication.

Competenze

• Three or more years in inside/outbound sales or lead generation.
• Experience with automatic or predictive dialers.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to meet call, transfer, or sales targets.
