LATAM Hiring Partners is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the consults function. This back-office role focuses on CRM data accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency, not client-facing activities.

You will aid the Marketing & Sales Director and consults team by maintaining trackers, preparing metrics, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities include round-robin lead allocation, Google LSA message routing, source verification, voicemails logging, and document

Qualifications

• You are bilingual (Spanish & English) with strong detail-oriented and communication skills.
• Bring at least 1 year of experience supporting a sales or intake team in a U.S. immigration law firm.
• Enjoy administrative, process-driven work and maintaining accurate systems, trackers, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assign incoming opportunities to leads coordinators on a round-robin basis to ensure quick callbacks.
• Check and acknowledge Google LSA messages several times daily and route them round-robin for follow-up.
• Verify each lead's marketing source (Google LSA) and flag mislabeling for upstream fixes.
• Log AI-receptionist voicemails at multiple times daily and track callback completion in the metrics tracker.
• Upload consult documents to each lead's CRM profile ahead of the consult for attorney review.
