Job summary

Job Duck, LLC is seeking an HR Partner to foster a positive, productive workplace, partnering with leaders across the organization to drive engagement, performance management, and talent development in a fast-paced, remote environment.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle, handle employee relations investigations, onboarding, and HR systems like Workday and BloomGrowth, while maintaining confidentiality and strong communication with managers and staff.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years as HR Generalist or HRBP in multi-location org.
• Knowledge of HR policies and labor regulations.
• Experience supporting managers on employee relations matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational change initiatives and workforce effectiveness programs.
• Proactively monitor employee concerns and identify opportunities for intervention.
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned departments and leadership teams.
• Update scorecards and performance tracking information in BloomGrowth.
• Maintain personnel records, HR documentation, and internal databases.
• Support talent development planning and disciplinary recommendations.
• Manage full employee lifecycle, including performance and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with managers to create employee cases and feedback discussions.
• Execute transfers, promotions, and internal movements in Workday.
• Support engagement initiatives and internal communications, including events.
• Research HR trends to improve policies and employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment regulations.
• Manage birthday and work anniversary card automation.
• Strengthen workplace relationships, morale, retention, and productivity.
• Conduct exit interviews and report findings to leaders.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues objectively.
• Conduct onboarding and induction calls for new team members.
