Formación

• Proven experience in staffing, scheduling, or coordination, preferably in healthcare or home care.
• Strong phone, texting, and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Identifying caregiver availability and staffing new cases efficiently.
• Updating systems with caregiver availability and case details.
• Assigning caregivers to cases and reviewing patient details.
