Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high-value dental cases from $3,000 to $25,000+. This 100% remote, contractor role spans LATAM, APAC, and EU regions, focusing on building trust with patients, guiding long sales cycles, and converting leads into bookings.

You will present treatment packages, handle objections, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with team leaders to meet targets. Fluent English and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in B2C/high-ticket environments.
• Proven success closing high-value deals ($3,000+).
• Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-channel follow-ups.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent pipeline management and CRM discipline.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages and quotes professionally.
• Qualify patients based on intent, finances, and timeline.
