Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or similar roles.
• Proven ownership of a workflow or operational system over weeks or months.
• Experience maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene.
• Excellent written communication in English; ability to produce concise reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations to keep an accurate pipeline view.
• Maintain CRM records: deal stages, tasks, ownership, dates, notes, and links.
• Convert meetings and updates into structured action records with owners and deadlines.
• Prepare weekly pipeline and activity reports with KPIs and data gaps.
