Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high-value dental bookings remotely. The role focuses on converting leads, handling long sales cycles, and ensuring patients are guided to travel and complete treatments.

The position requires 5+ years in sales, success with high-ticket deals, and strong CRM skills. You will work with an international team, weekends may be required, and compensation includes monthly base pay plus commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience
• Proven success closing high-value deals ($3,000+ with tickets)
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales
• Excellent objection handling and negotiation skills
• Strong follow-up and pipeline management discipline
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot)
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple channels
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings
• Manage long sales cycles with structured follow-ups
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure travel readiness
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales funnel
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance
• Support sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
