Job summary

DentistFind is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to build a scalable sales operating system in a fast-moving founder-led environment. You will maintain CRM accuracy, manage pipelines, and drive follow-through across teams to reduce the CEO’s need to search for status.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales operations, a bachelor’s degree, excellent English writing, and comfort with remote, cross-functional work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales operations or similar.
• Demonstrated ownership of a workflow or operational system.
• Proven experience maintaining CRM records and pipeline hygiene.
• Strong written communication in English.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate inputs.

Responsibilities

• Daily Sales Operations Oversight: monitor leads, opportunities, tasks, and next actions.
• CRM Accuracy & Pipeline Hygiene: keep deal stages, ownership, tasks, and notes current.
• Meeting Follow-Through & Action Tracking: convert meetings into structured action records.
• Weekly Reporting & Decision Support: produce concise pipeline and activity reports.
• Cross-Functional Handoffs: coordinate inputs between Sales, Marketing, Client Success and others.
• Sales Process Implementation: establish practical CRM, deals, tasks, and follow-through procedures.
• Sales Quality Improvement Support: compile coaching evidence and performance insights.
• Documentation & Knowledge Preservation: capture workflows and definitions.
• Escalation & Risk Visibility: raise issues with context and next steps.
• AI-Enabled Administrative Support: summarize notes and organize information using AI tools.
