Clipboard is seeking an Account Executive to grow our dental office footprint on the platform. You will own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to activation, targeting dental offices and guiding them through onboarding.

This is a remote, high-ownership role with strong communication expectations. The ideal candidate will be fearless on the phone, highly motivated, and able to build a robust pipeline while negotiating effectively with decision-makers.

Formación

• Must be comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.
• Proven experience generating your own leads.
• Experience managing a full sales cycle and pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Cold calling dental offices that have not yet posted shifts to introduce them to Clipboard's staffing services
• Clearly articulating the value proposition of the platform and overcoming objections to drive new office activations
• Managing the full sales cycle — from initial outreach through onboarding — ensuring a smooth transition for new offices onto the platform
• Leading price negotiation conversations with dental office decision-makers
• Building and managing your own pipeline, consistently following up with leads and maintaining organized records of outreach activity
• Persisting through longer sales cycles and re-engaging offices over time to convert them into active customers
