Tek Ninjas in Colombia is seeking a results-driven Account Manager with expertise in Healthcare and Light Industrial/Non-IT staffing to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth for US clients.

You will lead business development, expand existing accounts, coordinate recruitment delivery, and guide candidates through offer negotiations and onboarding while working remotely across distributed teams.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in staffing and recruitment, with 3+ years in Account Management.
• Experience with Healthcare and Light Industrial/Non-IT staffing, preferably US clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and grow key client relationships and manage hiring requirements.
• Identify opportunities, generate leads and expand revenue across accounts.
• Coordinate recruitment delivery and candidate onboarding to reduce dropouts.
• Track performance metrics and sales pipeline.
