Power Digital’s Colombia team seeks an experienced marketer to lead core accounts for early and growth brands. You will guide strategy, measurement, and multi‑channel execution for dynamic clients, often without established playbooks.

The role emphasizes coaching, client leadership (often with founders), and building scalable processes using AI tools within the Iris and Nova ecosystems. Remote-friendly and flex work supported.

Formación

• 6+ years in marketing with meaningful experience in early‑stage or scaling consumer brands.
• Experience working with founder‑led businesses where decisions move fast.
• Ability to build from scratch: no brand guidelines, no historical data.
• Understands crowdfunding‑to‑DTC transitions.
• Strong prioritization to solve top problems first.
• Experience with scrappy media mixes on small budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Own the senior client relationship, often with the founder, delivering board‑ready updates.
• Run quarterly reviews to diagnose growth constraints and build a prioritized roadmap.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, email, and creative work around a focused account strategy.
• Manage and develop 1–2 direct reports, including performance reviews.
• Coach analysts and specialists working with startups.
