Job summary

ClearEngine is seeking an Engagement Lead to run client engagements from strategy through execution. You will sit with leadership teams, lead workstreams, perform the analysis that drives decisions, and be the day-to-day owner of the relationship alongside a ClearEngine partner.

The scope spans finance, growth, operations, and org, offering broad exposure and autonomy. This role is based in LATAM and involves remote work with US and LATAM clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in high-growth, dynamic environments
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders (founders, C-suite, investors)
• Experience managing a P&L, budget, and KPIs with numbers-driven decision making
• Operating/management experience with a track record of outcomes
• Cross-functional experience across finance, marketing, and operations
• Strong problem solving, strategic, and analytical thinking with a clear POV
• Management and delegation experience, including scoping work and briefing others
• Strong self-awareness and emotional intelligence, open to feedback
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal with US-based clients
• Presentation skills with demanding clients and senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Run engagements end to end: own the workplan, cadence, and calls from diagnosis to handoff
• Own the client relationship alongside a partner; handle senior leadership conversations
• Read the P&L and budget; pressure-test the model and guide pricing and spend
• Translate abstract asks into concrete actions; monitor market signals to refine plans
• Direct junior staff and specialists; keep partners informed and ensure continuity after engagement ends
