EMERSE GROUP LTD is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to ensure coaches and clients are fully supported across engagements. You will keep client visibility, maintain the CRM, prepare contracts and decks, track renewals and NPS, and document each client journey.

You will also answer client questions, help improve processes, and enable coaches to focus on high-value delivery. This is a remote role aligned with US Eastern Time hours.

Formación

• Experience in coordination, project management or professional services support.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to run several engagements at once.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and content platforms.
• Remote-friendly with US Eastern Time hours.

Responsabilidades

• Keep Membrain, our CRM, current with each client's journey, renewals, spend and NPS scores.
• Coordinate each client from onboarding through renewal as their trusted point of contact, and monitor client health.
• Run NPS surveys and track client satisfaction.
• Track program results and produce reporting that drives decisions.
• Prepare and edit sales decks, proposals and contracts for the coaches.
• Prepare engagements with the coaches: Miro boards, playbooks, OMG evaluations and programs.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics and communication with clients.
• Own engagement administration: preparation, debriefs and content updates.
• Work with the coaches to keep dashboards and reporting up to date.
• Build and organize client playbooks, and act as Playbook Champion internally.
• Improve systems, templates, processes and delivery tools to raise the standard.
• Know EMERSE's products and services well enough to field client questions or step in for a coach when needed.
